Kathleen”Kathy” Mary Schellenberger Williams On Wednesday August 30, 2017, Kathleen “Kathy” Mary Schellenberger Williams, 58 of Bonita Springs, Florida formerly of Earl Park, Indiana died at her residence. She was born December 29, 1958 in Lafayette, Indiana, a daughter of Maryrose Pitstick Schellenberger, of Bonita Springs, FL and the late Bernard E. Schellenberger. She graduated from Benton Central High School, Class of 1977. Kathy was owner/operator of Kathy’s Cleaning Service for 30 plus years in and around Naples, Florida. She was a parishioner of St. Leo Catholic Church in Bonita Springs. She enjoyed bus trips with the “Titstick’s” Pitstick family and special time with her Seesters. Kathy enjoyed gifting shoes to her nieces and nephews as The Shoe Fairy. She had creative skills that included baking and decorating cakes, was the master of the banana bread, homemade salsa, pepper jelly and spaghetti sauce. She was a member of multiple bowling teams: Schellenberger Farms, Lady Bugs and Woodside Mixed Hdcp. She loved the Chicago Cubs baseball team, the Florida Everblades and Chicago Blackhawks hockey teams. Sundays were for NASCAR. Kathy grew up with Elvis as her idol and visited Graceland. She enjoyed attending all types of music concerts with family and friends. Kathy enjoyed pranks by dressing up as, just to name a few: Candy Cane, the old lady with a pocket full of tricks, the Wicked Witch and Jane meets Tarzan. Kathy will always be remembered by her smile and giving wholeheartedly to everyone she encountered. Please raise your Jello-O shot in a toast to Kathy. Surviving is her mother Maryrose Pitstick Schellenberger, of Bonita Springs, FL and Earl Park, IN; siblings - Tammy (late Michael) Rice of Sheldon, IL, Julie (Eric) Demerly of Lafayette, IN, Denise (Byran) Kirsch of Indianapolis, IN, Bernadette (Bob) Garces of Crestview, FL, Dana (Greg) Selias of Bonita Springs, FL, Larry (Amy) Schellenberger of Earl Park, IN, and Steve (Lauren) Schellenberger of Canton, MO; Grandparents - Ed and Hazel Schellenberger and Harold and Mary Pitstick; Godchildren - Amy (Rice) Hornbuckle of Sheldon, IL, Brandon Garces of Pensacola, FL, Rebecca Selias of Bonita Springs, FL and John D. Luderman of Naples, FL. Kathy is also survived by several nieces and nephews, her companion dog Rosie; and her special friends Angela Zitto and Mary-Lou Rizzo. Kathy’s family will greet friends on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home, with a Celebration of Life Service at 3:00 P.M., followed by a time for fellowship and remembrance till 5:00P.M. In lieu flowers, we will collect new children’s shoes to honor The Shoe Fairy. Earl Park, Indiana services will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Saturday, September 23, 2017, with calling hours from 9:30 A.M. to 10:50 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow the mass in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Earl Park, Indiana.
