Joanne and Mike were early residents of Pelican Landing and were involved in many committees which helped to create this wonderful community. She embraced the welcoming of new people and was involved in the Pelican Landing Newcomers Club including a stint as President. She also enjoyed involvement in Bocce, Golf, Mah Jongg and so many other activities at Pelican Landing. Joanne was a very special person and was blessed with many friends and relatives. She maintained close relationships with people from each phase of her life. Whether it be Boston, New York City, Huntington Long Island or for the past twenty years, Bonita Springs, FL she cherished every one of those equally special people.
