Rose Marie Cammuso Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Rose Marie Cammuso, 93, of Naples, FL passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at her residence. Formerly of (Seneca Falls, NY) she had been a Naples resident since (2004). Rose was born July 4, 1929 in Auburn, NY the daughter of the late Mateo and Mikeana (Patterilli) Carnicelli. Her career was spent working at Ma Bell Telephone Company, a member of the NY Tel Pioneers, retiring as a customer service and install director in Watertown NY (1991), after beginning to work for NY Tel at 17 and finishing with 44 years of service. After moving from Watertown to Lake Worth, FL she spent most of the 14 years she lived there entertaining, looking after and providing care for her mother until her mother’s death at the age of 103. She Loved following and playing Tennis, had a hole in one golfing enjoyed going out to dinner, dinner cruises and exploring NYC’s many attractions. She also was an avid singer along with her sister and closest lifelong friend Clara. Her passion in life, was shopping and dressing for the occasion. She was well known to keep up with all the changes in fashion and fortunate to keep the shape to look extremely well in anything she wore. Survivors include her loving son, Paul P. (Anna Marie) Cammuso Jr. of Naples, FL, sisters Clara Picarro,Violet Jones, Rena Mae Alexander, Sandra Lesch. Grandchildren (5), Greatgrandchildren (7) In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul P. Cammuso, Sr., son, Raymond Cammuso and grandchild Kristen Cammuso. Brothers Vincent, Geno, Ralph, Raymond, and Mathew Carnicelli, Sisters Palmena Piscitelli and Dora Taylor Funeral services will be held in Seneca Falls, NY at a later date and will be announced.
