Scott Alan Fox Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

On May 24, 2022, Scott Alan Fox, dearly beloved husband, father, brother, and friend passed away after a brief illness at age 68. Scott was born in Gary, IN a son of the late Eugene and Shirley (Mackey) Fox. He graduated from Lew Wallace High School and attended college at Indiana University. Scott is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy (Johnson) Fox; son, Jason Fox; daughter, Jodie (Dan Costello) Fox; grandchildren, Todd Fox and Ryan Fox; and brothers, Thomas (Rung) Fox and Eugene (Lorna) Fox. He is predeceased by his parents, Eugene and Shirley Fox, and brother-in-law, Carl Johnson. Scott was a kind, warm-hearted, generous soul who was loved by so many. He was a business owner, an active mentor, and a positive member of the community. Scott loved boating, traveling, playing cards, and making popcorn. He will be remembered fondly and missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022, from 4 - 7 PM at Shikany's Bonita Funeral Home, 28300 Tamiami Trail South, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 24, 2022, from 6 – 9 PM at Hobart Phi Delt Hall, 451 S. Indiana Street, Hobart, IN. In Scott’s memory, please wear your best Floridian / Tropic attire.
