Bonita Springs, Florida — Annmarie K. Mulkerron, 82, formerly of Boxford, Massachusetts, and New London, New Hampshire, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on June 21, 2026. Annmarie leaves behind her beloved children: Maura Mulkerron of Bonita Springs, Florida; Colleen Collins and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Collins, of West Palm Beach, Florida and Cape Elizabeth, Maine; Shelagh Brodeur and her husband, Ronald Brodeur, of Estero, Florida; Sean Mulkerron and his wife, Brooke Mulkerron, of Concord, New Hampshire; Bryan Mulkerron and his wife, Beth Mulkerron, of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; Bridget Mills and her husband, Brett Mills, of New London, New Hampshire; and Erin Ellis and her husband Carl Ellis, of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. She was the proud grandmother of twenty-three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters, Denise Ehrgott and her husband, Ed; Bonnie Colotti and her husband, Steve; and Lisa Sullivan. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, John Mulkerron, and by her brother, Lawrence Davidson. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her deeply. Born in Boston and raised in Massachusetts, Annmarie was the daughter of Jake and Marie Davidson. She treasured the time she spent with her extended family, and especially cherished summers in Rocky Nook, Massachusetts. She shared a close bond with her beloved late Aunt Kay (Kathleen Ehlers), whose influence remained with her throughout her life. Annmarie loved learning and excelled in school, where she was crowned Homecoming Queen. Her pursuit of higher education began at Massachusetts Bay College and continued through coursework at Northeastern University. Annmarie then met her beloved husband, John Mulkerron. Alongside her mother, Marie, she owned and managed the Four Clover Gift Shop, and later worked with John in their pharmacies and hotel gift shops in Boston. While raising a large and loving family, Annmarie generously devoted her time to serving others. She taught CCD classes to children preparing for First Communion and volunteered at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her Catholic faith was the foundation of her life and was reflected in her compassion, generosity, and commitment to helping others. Annmarie also embraced an active lifestyle. She was an avid tennis player and enjoyed daily walks with friends and neighbors. She also enjoyed traveling and playing cards. Through all of these activities, she brought warmth, grace, and joy to those fortunate enough to know her. She loved a good time, never passed up an opportunity to celebrate life's special moments, and delighted in bringing family and friends together for laughter, conversation, and lasting memories. Above all, Annmarie's greatest legacy is her family. She led by example, teaching respect, faith, gratitude, and, most importantly, kindness. Her final wish was that her family and friends continue to show kindness to others. Though her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her love, wisdom, and unwavering faith will live on in the hearts of her loved-ones. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Annmarie's memory to The Jimmy Fund. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 28290 Beaumont Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida, on July 25, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
