Linda L. Leffel

Linda L. Leffel 80, of Bonita Springs, died Friday, May 15, 2020 at her residence. Linda was born July 19, 1939 in Akron, OH a daughter of the late Glenn A. and Mildred (Lechey) Clark. She had been a resident of Bonita Springs since 1981 coming from Rootstown, OH. Linda was a former realtor and bank branch manager. After moving to Bonita Springs, she spent over 10 years with the Pollard-Hedrich Realty Group and Fidelity Florida Realty as a sales agent. Her true love was designing floral arrangements and she worked for Heaven Scent Flowers for 7 years until her health prevented her from doing what she loved. To know Linda was to love her. Her heart was so big, and her smile was contagious. She was the most loving, caring, thoughtful, hardworking, and fun-loving person you could have known. She loved being surrounded by her family. One of her great pleasures was shopping with her girls. She attended the Springs of Bonita Church. Linda is survived by her loving husband, R. Larry Leffel of Bonita Springs, FL, two daughters, Cristine L. Lynch (Don Sitta) of Bonita Springs, FL and Angela Marie Kotch (Mark) of East Palestine, OH; three sons, Dean Anthony Leffel and his fiancé, Lou Ann Christy of Bonita Springs, FL, Ronald L. Leffel of Merida, Mexico and Darryl Glenn Leffel of Rootstown, OH; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and her two sisters, Millie Steele of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Mary Frisone of Uniontown, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Michele Paul Leffel who died November 23, 1995 and her brother, Deforrest “Dee” Clark. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home 28300 So. Tamiami Tr., Bonita Springs, FL. Burial will follow in Bonita Springs Cemetery. Her family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the time of service. . In accordance with CDC guidelines, the funeral home will have social distancing measures in place.
